Kim founded FabYOUlous Fitness in 2012 and has been helping women become more consistent in fitness ever since. She is an NASM certified personal trainer, NASM corrective exercise specialist, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, NASM Women's Fitness Specialist, NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, running coach and an expert in finding time for health and fitness activities while juggling a busy schedule. Whether you are pressed for time due to a crazy work schedule or family life, she can help! Kim knows all too well what a busy family and work life includes and has mastered the art of fitting in fitness to help keep her healthy and strong so she can take care of her family.
Jessica Lewis is a new yoga teacher, forever a student. Her specialties in yoga are vinyasa and yin/restorative. Jessica found Pound as a low impact cardio workout when she was healing from an ankle/foot injury. Pound is very complementary to her yoga practice but adds the cardio element she wanted. Jessica teaches from a body positive, inclusive, accessible teaching methodology in both her yoga and Pound classes. She is available for private yoga sessions. Sheri Eveland came to the fitness world after working in the corporate world for many years. Seeing how stress and inactivity can affect your health and wellbeing she decided to make a change and in 2008 she became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) where she is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). In 2011 she left her corporate job and went to the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) where she completed a 6month 500hour hands on program. Also, she is Balanced Body Trained in Mat Pilates I and II and Reformer I and a Piloxing, Barre and HKC Instructor. Most recently (2017) she became a Pn1(nutrition) and Pound Instructor. Sheri has a love of constantly learning new formats and new ways of moving the body to create a more exciting and fun experience for both her personal training and group clients.
