Class Schedule

These classes are specifically designed for women of any fitness level looking for help and accountability with their fitness. Self-care is an important part of aging so that we can continue to live life on our terms. NEW CLASS ALERT! Read below to find out more about what and when.

  • FabFit Fitness 101 Bootcamp (Tuesdays at 5:15 PM starting November 6th)

  • FabFit Hip Health (Thursdays at 6:50 PM)

  • FabFit Hip Strength (Mondays at 4:30 PM)

  • FabFit Express Strength & Stretch (Tuesdays at 4:30 PM and Saturdays at 8:45 AM)

  • FabFit Core Galore (Mondays at 6 AM starting November 5th)

  • Pound (Mondays at 6:15 PM, Wednesdays at 6:15 PM, Saturdays at 9:30 AM)

  • Pilates - Returning in December!

  • Piloxing - Returning in December!

  • Self Care Yoga - Saturdays at 10:30 AM and Mondays at 7:15 PM starting on 11/5
