We will kick off our Foam Rolling Video Series with an explanation of foam rolling and why it can help alleviate aches and pains. Each day of the week (7 day class) you will receive an email with a video that will focus on a specific foam rolling exercise for a specific body part. We will also share the most FAQs answered by Kim Bouldin (Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist).

The Details

Your Foam Rolling Video Class begins when you purchase the class and lasts for seven days. Once you purchase the class, you will receive an email with a release form that must be returned before you begin to receive the video links by email. If you don't have time to view the video links on the day they are sent, no worries, you can access them on your own time, when it is convenient for you. If you don't have a foam roller you can purchase one at your local sporting goods store or from Amazon.
