Join Amy this January for a chair yoga series! If you’ve been interested in trying yoga, but are unsure where to start, this is a great option! Chair yoga is a versatile, accessible practice that helps build flexibility, sharpen focus and cultivate mindfulness.
Benefits of a yoga practice include decreased stress and anxiety, better sleep quality and reduced blood pressure. The beauty of this practice is that you can do it anywhere you have a sturdy chair!
In the 6-week session we will build each week on the fundamentals, and by the end of our time together you’ll have a library of chair yoga poses that you can take with you into every part of your life (chair yoga is great for when you need a little movement between meetings during a work day!) Prioritize your self care in the new year by joining us for this special series!
