Personal training for women  

We specialize in fitness for women over 40, but welcome women of all ages. All training takes place in a private, intimidation-free studio nestled in Westerville, Ohio. Our goal is to help women become consistent with their workouts so that they can live long, active, healthy lives. 

We offer several different kinds of personal training. Our training philosophy is based on women having unique fitness needs and understanding exercise doesn't have to be complicated or trendy to be effective. Basic strength training with a strong focus on proper form education is the foundation of our program design.

How We Train

Small Group Shared Personal Training

  Each 45-minute session is personalized with your goals in mind and is led by a certified personal trainer. Small group training allows you to get the benefit of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost by sharing your session with 2-3 other women with similar goals.  The perfect way to help each other through a workout!

Private PERSONAL Training

Focused one-on-one 30-minute sessions designed specifically for you and your goals. Perfect for those who are just getting started or want undivided attention. One-on-one sessions are scheduled 2-3 times/week for maximum benefit.
