Q: Do you offer the first training session for free so I can try it out? 

A: No, but you can take our FabFit Express Strength & Stretch class for free if you haven't taken a class at our studio previously. This class is 20 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of stretching. The strength training portion is similar to our small group shared training sessions. 

Q: What if I want to do small group training but I don't have anyone to come with me? 

A: No worries! We've got you covered. You will be placed into a small group with women who are working towards similar goals from similar starting points.

Q: Who do you train? 

A: We work with women of all fitness levels. We offer a private, safe environment for personal or small group training. 

Q: Do you offer couples training? 

A: Yes! We are primarily a studio for women, but do make exceptions for couples. Couples training is priced per couple and is personal training (just the couple and the trainer), not small group. 


Q: Who is Pound for? 

A: All fitness levels are welcome! Pound is a low impact class that can be done by anyone!

Q: How much does a Pound class cost? 

A: Drop-in class: $17 Package of 10 classes: $150.00

Q: What do I need to bring to class?

A: Bottle of water, towel, and YOU!

Q: Are shoes required? 

A: This is truly up to each individual.


Q: I've always wanted to try Pilates but I have always been afraid to try it. Will I be able to do this class? 

A: Yes! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. 

Q: What do I need to bring? 

A: If you have your own mat that you like to use please feel free to bring it. We do have mats at the studio as well.
